Alan Forbes is a technology executive and entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience building, commercializing, and scaling software and technology businesses. As Scanalitix’s executive leading market expansion across North and South America, he is responsible for establishing the company’s presence, partnerships, and customer base throughout the region. Alan brings a combination of technical depth and commercial leadership, with experience spanning artificial intelligence, enterprise software, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and mission-critical systems. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with both public- and private-sector organizations to translate complex technology into practical solutions that deliver measurable business and operational value. He has founded and led technology companies, developed go-to-market strategies, and built long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners. At Scanalitix, his focus is helping organizations unlock greater value from their existing camera infrastructure by applying AI-driven video intelligence to real-world operational and security challenges. Alan holds a bachelor’s degree from Bryant University and an MBA from Babson College. He is based in New Hampshire and leads Scanalitix’s expansion throughout the Americas.

He also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Provigil Surveillance Ltd and IVIS International, overseeing executive leadership and organizational direction across businesses operating in technology and security-related sectors.
